ICE war
Several games were played for the ICE war. The latest updated scores are as follows:

House Illusive: 1012
House Cala'Dai: 994
House Eclipse: 996

Also, the first awards for this event will be discussed and finalized on the 30th of March 2006 at the end of the Senate meeting so stay tuned for more details in the upcoming few days.

More active checkups on Guilds
In order to get a better idea of the situation, in terms of activity, in all the Guilds the Directors will employ a more proactive approach by doing weekly checkups on the activities of the various (Vice) Ambassadors in charge of these gaming groups.

Unit8 Guild dissolved
The Unit8 Guild has been removed from The Conclave’s Guild list as no activity was going on in both DoD 1.3 or DoD:S. If anyone still feels the Guild should be given another chance they can go to this thread and write a proposal to revive the Guild:

We've challenged the other houses to ICE wars in BF1942 and BF2, as yet the matches are still to be played as it seems the other houses are running scared.

The Memberlist is up-to-date and all time based promotions have been submitted to the Directors for avatar and rank updates. (Were still waiting for the Senate Admin panel to be fully functional and available for use and as such rank/avatar updates are a little slow.).

The Eclipse Stickies still are very underused and all members are encouraged to use those stickies as they will ultimately benefit the House. PLEASE USE THEM!!!

The House is still lagging behind in the ICE Wars but this will soon change assuming that our challenges are accepted. My own participation has been nil so far but this will now change as I have a stable PC and Internet (still waiting for my 1st matches, however I will start soon.)

We've had a nice influx of new members, 9 since the last report. We've also reduced our LOA numbers by 2 as Sayn^ returned from a period if inactivity. Sadly, we have lost Lyger from our ranks as he has been removed from The Conclave due to inactivity. Good luck in whatever your doing now Lyger and should you ever return a warm welcome awaits.

A whole host of House members have been involved in various gaming activities for the CC over the last couple of weeks and I would like to say thanks for supporting the community in it's gaming endeavours.

All in all a steady reporting period which has seen Eclipse become the House of choice for new members.

Hopefully Starbuck will be allowed to become the GW Vice, then I think we will be able to start a lot more PVP events.

Still keeping an eye out for new games, but I personally haven’t seen many new RPGs that look good (Well Oblivion looks nice, but SP only unfortunately!).

Newt’s DnD game still going strong although one Friday game has been cancelled at notice. Very enjoyable so far from a players viewpoint.

World of Warcraft
Again nothing from TubZ, so he is now removed as Vice-Ambassador. If there is still a Conclave guild ingame, then he can still manage it or whatnot. Hopefully the World of Warcraft 1.10 patch is out soon, bustling with new things!

I’ve sent a proposal to the Directors regarding Starbuck being made the Vice Ambassador for Guild Wars.

Removed TubZ as WoW Vice-Ambassador, as he hasn’t been in contact for ages or sent any reports.

ToD played a war against RaW and was clearly outclassed as the game was lost 45-3. However quite a few details about what was wrong about our strategy and style of playing have emerged.

This information will be useful to further improve our warteam tactics.

I have had no requests from anyone to give a report. I have had no mail, no PMs, no nothing so thats kinda unfair. I should be given a warning to come up with a report, not just logging on 1 day to find that i am no longer admin.

Edit and i have been checking the main coms l8tly because i have recently moved house and have only had time to check out the PQ section.

Because of his recent behaviour it's my decision, in concert with the Senators, that Combatter will be banned for a period of 2 months to get his matters sorted out. After this period he will be unbanned, hopefully to reveal an improvement in his behaviour.

First off, you might have more luck banning the account as well as the IP address... tonight I am driving down the M40 (if anyone is thinking of buying a TomTom One, I thoroughly recommend it) and as a result, my Internet access is being brought to me by the letters B and T and the word 'OpenZone' (hence also the letters I and P and the word "dynamic")

Secondly, I can only presume that the "recent behaviour" that is being referred to is mainly today's behaviour which AFAIK, consists of:

1. Joining #conclave and chatting with Meis, some guy making e-vagina remarks (I think it might have been RA) and a new initiate (FunkyGirl) for a while (nice Polish girl - that's the second girl I know from Poland - if she's half as friendly as the first then I hope to get to know her better soon - *cue more e-vagina remarks*) Sarge pipes up and gets all high and mighty and then kicks me for (and I quote) "No reason" and I rejoin, but soon after I left anyway as my connection time was running out (this was done from a public library as I am not currently at home.) Sarge, RE: me being banned, I was under the impression that my ban should have been removed because it was initiated by you (a non-councillor) and therefore the maximum duration for the ban should be 7 days (and the punishment was dealt whilst I was a member and not a visitor):
